Objective: Studies on inclusion effect of andrographolide and â-cyclodextrin. Method: The inclusion compound of andrographolide-â-cyclodextrin was prepared by saturated solution method assist with microwave, The inclusion compound was confirmed by the DTAAFT-IR and 1H-NMR.
