To set the stage, it is necessary to: firstly assess the existing forms of limits and exceptions to copyright; secondly explore the characteristics of new information age; finally examine the problems brought by two new important digital products--electronic contracts and technical measures--to the copyright system and find out the legislative solution to these two problems
