Analyzing the relevant factors of house price with the method of multivariant satistical analysis

Based on the analysis of related concepts on real estate industry, this paper analyzes the interaction among natural population growth rate, land transaction price index, lease price index, index of real estate enterpriseÂÂ’s average cost of the construction, the residentsÂÂ’ consumption level, related to the index of housing sales price in the town. To obtain the relevant factors and influence about housing price this paper mainly uses the multivariate statistical analysis methods including correlation analysis, cluster analysis, principal component analysis and factor analysis
